Q: How does it work?
A: Imagine a day of organized bar hopping. We will provide an itinerary at registration on the day of the event that will outline the bars on the crawl and a specific time to be there. At each bar we will have arranged beer and liquor specials. The goal of the day should be to make it to as many stops as you can, keeping in mind drinking is optional.
Q: What time does it start?
A: You can check-in at between 1:00pm-3:00pm at Dixie's Tavern the day of the event.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: $20 at one of the four pre-registrations, $25 online, and $30 the day of the event.
Q: If I pay online, when can I pick up my event shirt?
A: At any of the pre-registrations event listed on the event homepage or the day of the event between 1:00-3:00 at Dixie's Tavern. ALL RESERVATIONS will be released without refund at 3:00pm!!!
Q: What is included?
A: Event t-shirt which serves as your ticket to get into all the bars, event koozie, cover charges at all bars, St. Pats giveaways, and beer/liquor specials.
Q: What are the specials?
A: $3 16oz Aluminum Limited Edition Shamrock Bud & Bud Lights, $4 SKYY Vodka, $5 Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey.
Q: Do I need a ticket to attend?
A: Technically no. However, almost all the bars will be charging a cover of $5-$10 all day and you’ll have to pay that if you do not have an event t-shirt.
Q: How, When and Where do I sign up?
A: Best Option – Sign up at a pre-registration events. Second Option – Sign up online here. Third Option – Show up the day of and hope there is still space!!!
Q: Can I sign up my friends?
A: Yes. You can register anyone that is 21+.
Q: What size t-shirts do you have available?
A: Women’s – S, M, L -------- Men’s – M, L, XL, 2X, 3X
Q: What if I can’t make it to registration at 1:00 on the day of the event?
A: You can either send a friend to pick up your itinerary and koozie or call a friend that is on the crawl and meet up with us. You must get your shirt before the day of the event if you are unable to be there at 1:00pm. ALL RESERVATIONS will be released at 3:00pm!!!
Q: How do we get from bar to bar?
A: We will be walking from bar to bar. Please DO NOT DRIVE after the pub crawl!!! Please either call a cab or schedule a pick up with ZINGO (704-804-8000). Please be responsible. UPDATE: ZINGO will be donating FREE RIDES HOME on Saturday, March 17 as long as they are available and up to 5 miles (just $3 a mile after that) to anyone in an Offical Pub Crawl from 6:00-9:00...and $5 discount from 9:00-2:00. If you are unfamiliar with Zingo, they are awesome and our preferred ride home when we've had one too many. They get you AND your car home safely.
Q: Will the bars be crowded?
A: Of course, however we have taken a few measures to make the day a little more enjoyable. All bars will be fully staffed and have additional beer tubs and bars set up to help avoid long drink lines. Also, we will be breaking the pub crawl up into four groups this year. You do not need to sign up for one or the other as we will randomly hand you one of four different itineraries as you check-in at the event.
Q: Do I have to follow the group I am assigned?
A: No, you are free to follow any itinerary, but keep in mind the more people that head in the same direction, the more crowded the bars will be.
Q: Is this REALLY the Largest Pub Crawl in the world?
A: YES! We did a large amount of research and haven’t found one to be bigger.
